Great find! The smoothies are great and the clam chowder is awesome. The omelettes were fantastic. The service was outstanding!

Mom and pop run coffee houses hold a special place in my heart. I owned and operated one years ago and know the work that goes into it and the wonderful freedom of not running a corporately owned biz. Port Charlotte had been a drive by kind of town to me so decided to meet here to explore. This place popped up on my yelp radar and was nicely impressed. Located on Tamiami trail in a strip mall locale, there are several other eateries and stores. They have outdoor and indoor seating and the coffee is self serve. The owner described each offering and additive options. She pointed out the mugs and I love when coffee shops use mugs over paper! The Jamaica me crazy was so good! I'm usually a one cup a day but this was deserving of more. Breakfast Sammie's and wraps on the menu. My egg Sammy served on Asiago cheese bagel was cheesy and delicious. Clean and fantastic caring service will insure I will be back!

Stopped in with 9 other hungry people after we desperately needed a place to take us in on a Saturday morning brunch hour. The environment is the typical mom and pops shop. The only down side for me was the single bathroom and having to wait in line. I did really love my cup of coffee that was served self service in the corner. The iced coffee and lattes are just as good. After studying the menu went up to the counter to place our order and the owner was not only sweet and welcoming but he was also very helpful in making sure everyone got exactly what they wanted. Even mending the options for our vegetarian friend. Everyone loved the food, yummy breakfast sandwiches and burritos to delicious omelets. The home fries are a hit! I will be returning here next time I'm in the area.

Delicious coffee, quick service, great food, inexpensive. For a mom and pop, it doesn't get much better. We got breakfast burritos and Jamaican-Me-Crazy coffee, all very delicious and the burrito was made with healthy ingredients.

The place is simple yet nice. The owners are very pleasant. If you don't drink coffee your choices come bottled or canned. I had the egg breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it, too greasy. Somehow I feel the. lunch menu would have better choices.

This place is awesome, too bad I found it on my last day of the trip. I would've come here on a daily basis for one meal for sure. I tried a couple different things and everything was hand picked and as fresh as it gets. The owner knows his stuff and is a health nut so you know everything you're getting is top grade. They take pride in their service (the best I had on this trip) and product. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great non fried meal.

This is our third time here and we will keep coming back. Healthy and tasty!!!!! On a nice day it's great to sit outside too... Also really pleased as I love coffee but have started drinking coconut milk instead of dairy... Came in and they had a little so I was able to have a cappuccino with coconut milk which I can't do at Starbucks!!!!

Just ate here for the first time. Looking for a good place for breakfast. We found it!! Had the breakfast burrito and my husband had the quesadilla. We were blown away. Can't wait to go back for lunch. Great food. Fun atmosphere. Felt like we walked into Cheers!! Our new favorite restaurant!

In town on vacation and wanted some place different to eat. We came in for a late morning breakfast at 11am. The food was great!!!! The 3yr old finished his eggs and pancakes. The breakfast sandwich and burrito both tasty and filling. Looks to be an even better coffee sandwich and salad place. Plan to eat lunch there one day before leaving town. Hit a bulls eye with that dart :)

If you're looking for a place that not only offers delicious food at a great price, but also a great environment, I recommend Hava Java. They've got a great bottomless coffee selection (Chocolate Raspberry is a good hit). The breakfast burritos with their secret sauce is A MUST! The staff is hilarious, I've never gone and left with a frown. Oren and John are a match made in heaven when it comes to service. You want top notch products, healthy alternatives, and a great morning/lunch spot? Check out Hava Java. Best bistro in Port Charlotte. And what's funny is, I don't even work there! It's just that good!
